Shipping Policy

Shipping and handling charges for your order depend on the total weight of your order.

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully process and pack your order. For large orders, processing time may be longer. These rules also apply to high-speed shipping.

Orders are shipped only on business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

US orders will be delivered within 1-7 business days of order placement, depending on the selected shipping speed. International orders take longer to process and ship.

Your order will be shipped from our distribution center in Vancouver or Toronto via UPS. Your order can be delivered within 4-12 business days of receipt. For an additional fee, we can expedite delivery to most destinations within 1-4 business days.

Any package rejection will be subject to return shipping charges and will be charged to the payment method you originally used. Shipping charges are not refundable for undeliverable, refused, or delayed packages.

*Please note: LaylaMurphy is not responsible for lost or delayed UPS or USPS packages, especially in cases of severe weather, high volume of packages, and unforeseen shipping errors. Any shipping charge refunds due to these reasons are non-refundable.
